This document is to serve as a general reference to the RC Team to clarify the hours worked by each Team Leader member. Every member of the leadership team has the responsibility to support staff both sites, all shifts, as well as needed cross functional coverage for each other. Some team leaders, secondary to the nature of their duties have primary responsibility to also routinely cover Thornton and/or weekend assignment.
At this time, every member of the team is full-time 80hrs a pay period.  Significant variations from work schedule; such as work arrival or departure  time is significantly different from "targeted" times, they are to inform the direct supervisor.  Such deviations from normal hours, days off, and administrative/education hours should be pre-approved and documented in the TL Calendar.  The TL Calendar will serve as the master document to account for the hours present/worked by Team Leaders.
